How 2 be healthy

 

hello everybody,

my name is Claudio Caselli and i would like to open this page as a platform, in order to offer a diversity of opportunities related to a healthy life. I know what might pop up in your head in this very moment, but hey,

let me tell you this:

I’m definitely not on a missionary, trying to tell you what is right or wrong, in effect i would rather include you guys telling about your stories, advices and suggestions on how to lead a healthier life, or what you are doing to achieve more well being.

You might experienced rather unpleasant things in your life ( like me, suffering from a slipped disc accident with 23 ! ) , out of which a sense for self care did develop.

So i will just take my chances to write, illustrate and display my inspirations to that topic, since i basically think like this:

the more we collect and share, the more we care about it and give it on to others, the more we are able to establish our being and environment towards health and well being.

i wanna welcome you to do basically 2 things on this page, and i think, generally speaking, they are both nurturing and helpful in terms of personal change and decision making.

the first one is: 

you click and read through the topics and ideas, and just by the mere fact, that these topics are all related to health and wellbeing, that they all provide positive information on what is out there and worth checking out, they already have a very curing and supporting impact on you.

and the second thing is:

participate in the things you like and discover here on how2behealthy, become active and integrate them to your life, i will do my best to expand the fields and articles, providing helpful information, so they can cover all our daily needs for a healthy living, whether it starts with physical exercises, healthy food, mental training and meditation, organic housing and gardening, the pool is infinite,

 

and again, i would like to point out, that, with the help of you guys, being interested and probably very active already in maintaining your health and wellbeing, this platform will offer very useful tips and information on a regular basis.

So be free and warmly welcomed again to fill this place with healthy content, read my posts and don't forget to try them yourself.
